Our Walk-In Hours are available as a convenient option for current patients who utilize hearing aids purchased through our office.

Walk In Visits are for:

  • Routine hearing aid cleaning
  • Basic troubleshooting of your hearing aids

⚠️ Please note: Walk-in visits are not for hearing tests or hearing aid adjustments. If you have not had an appointment with Waterville Audiology in the past and wear hearing aids, a scheduled appointment with a provider is required before walk in hours can be utilized.

What to Expect During a Walk-In

  • Check in at the front desk.
  • Our team will take your hearing aids to the repair room for cleaning or troubleshooting.
  • Your devices will be returned to you in the waiting room once service is complete.

Cost of Walk-In Services

  • If you have an active service plan, there is no charge for walk-in visits.
  • If you do not have a service plan, charges follow our normal fee schedule.
    • Hearing aid cleanings: $65.00
    • If other charges apply for repairs in order to successfully troubleshoot a hearing aid, fees will be discussed at the time of service.

  • Walk-ins are handled first come, first serve. If you’re in a hurry, we recommend scheduling a set appointment time with a provider.
