More and more insurance companies now offer coverage for hearing loss treatment; however, many patients are still financially responsible for part or most of their hearing aid purchase.

We are out of network with Cigna and Humana but more than happy to assist you with filling out your reimbursement forms. If you have one of these insurances, call the number on the back of your insurance card, request the reimbursement form for a hearing test and bring with you to your appointment. We will assist with filling it out and submitting.
